Weekend on Reaching Me in me

Sat 23rd June 3pm - Sun 24th June 9am
with Nam Prakash Kaur in Hull

When a newborn baby reaches for Mum's breast she/he does so expecting to be met. Sometimes we are not always responded to as we have hoped and if this is repeated over time we can become discouraged. This weekend will aim to restore our courage. To support us to continue to "reach", honouring our highest hopes. We may start our experience on Earth (with all its meetings and mis-meetings) but it is not where we come from.

We begin on Sat 23rd June at 3pm with a class from the "Reaching Me in me" series, followed in the evening by a shared meal and space to watch a Yogi Bhajan DVD. We will finish with sadhana from 5 - 7.30am on Sun morning 24th and a shared breakfast. Rooms are available for overnight stay at the centre.

Investment for class £7, rest is by donation to cover the cost of the venue. Venue: The Endsleigh Centre, Hull HU6 7LJ. Contact Nam Prakash Kaur, 07966 673037, namprakashkaur@yahoo.co.uk.

That is where Kundalini Yoga comes in.” Come to practise kriyas for your heart chakra and meditations to uplift your spirit with Guru Ram Das. Read more.

Sacred Geometry and the Transcendent Spirit

Sun 24th June 7.30 - 10pm
with Guru Dharam Singh at Alchemy

Everything in the Universe from the quantum world of micro particles to the Celestial Bodies of the Planets themselves has a shape and a form which reflects and serves its inner Nature. The Rishis of the ancient world understood that adopting the outer forms of various creatures would give the experience of their inner nature and particular qualities. This is the basis of Asana. These Yogis also understood that articulating the Sacred Algorhythms of Mantra while sitting in Geometric formations, maximised the effect of the Naad and accelerated the development of your Higher Consciousness. Open Flyer.

Investment: £30 in advance; £35 in the day. Venue: Alchemy, Unit 101, Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH, 02072 676188, info@alchemythecentre.co.uk.

If you want to adjust the physical body, massage the hands." - Yogi Bhajan
