KYTA Events

New Kundalini Yoga Classes

Katy Wade (Sat Tapa Kaur) is holding an introductory series of workshops in Upton Magna, near Shrewsury, Shropshire on 2nd April, 14th May and 11th June 9am - 12noon. Each 3 hour workshop will cover two aspects of the yogic lifestyle including a series of yoga postures, meditation and relaxation and costs £20. April's workshop will focus on prana and apana. Roisin Kiernan teaches Wed 8 - 9pm at The Bassil Shippam Centre, St Pancras, Chichester, West Sussex. Aries New Moon Meditation & Gong Bath

This Aries New Moon is going to have quite an impact on each of us and on the world at large. There will be 6 planets in Aries for this momentous time. 7 Steps to Happiness + 1

An 8-weeks course based on and inspired by the 7 steps to happiness as designed by Yogi Bhajan. Are you happy? Do you want to be happy? This course is leading you through the steps as designed by Yogi Bhajan offering you the space to experience what each of these steps mean to you. The 7 steps as designed by Yogi Bhajan are: commitment, character, dignity, divinity, grace, sacrifice and happiness. Each evening focusing on one of these qualities. (There is actually an 8th step for those who like to be surprised.)

The Art of Relaxation

The art of relaxation is a conscious activity to withdraw from sensory diversions. Allow yourself time to take the time you need to stop and breathe; to repose completely inducing physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Relaxation is integral to your yoga practice and a sacred key in maintaining health and well-being. This is a workshop for you to experience simple relaxation tools through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation; along with an introduction to Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation with inner awareness. Numbers and Dance Retreat

The Great British Kundalini Yoga Festival Fundraiser Event

Come and join us for a beautiful afternoon and experience accomplished teachers and talented musicians delivering workshops, meditation and kirtan in the sacredness of the Shepherds Bush Gurdwara. Sharing in sangat enables us to connect to the universal and infinite radiance of the teachings. Within the programme there will be delicious langar served and time to connect with friends. Featuring Teachers and Musicians: Har Nal Kaur, Siri Arti Kaur, Siri Sadhana Kaur, Kirit Singh and Kate McKenzie. Sat Nam Rasayan Workshop

Sat Nam Rasayan uses meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan to create a specific state of awareness called shunia, silence of the mind, so that we can learn and practice Sat Nam Rasayan. It is open to everyone, to beginners who would like to experience, deep healing and meditation and to teachers who might like to develop and deepen their practice and capacities as a teacher.
