Weekly Words of Wisdom

“Mahamudra cannot be taught, is beyond all words and symbols. But for you, Naropa, most sincere and loyal, with forbearance in suffering and with devotion to your Guru, Blessed One, take this secret instruction to heart: The void needs no reliance. Like space, Mahamudra is dependant on nothing; Relax and settle in the continuum of unalloyed purity, And, your bonds loosening, liberation is certain…”

(Tilopa, Song of Mahamudra)

About Tabather: I go by many names, I have an English name, a Chinese name, a Spiritual name and a Soul Name, all of which hold the essence of who I am... I am a Yoga teacher and Shiatsu practitioner, I have been attuned to Reiki and for almost 7 years I studied the Qabalistic Tree of Life experientially alongside Crystal medicine. I have been blessed to teach Kundalini Yoga to wandering travellers in Cambodia, I shared this sacred science in the UK, Ireland and on the beautiful beaches of Thailand and Greece. Along the way I have met some inspirational teachers and students that have awakened aspects of me that I never knew existed and strengthened my heart wholeheartedly. My greatest education was not taught to me at school, college or university but through the challenges I have overcome and the experience of living life in the pure magic that is creativity. I still learn every day and still have many obstacles to overcome, at times I even lose my Yogini calm but it is my Sadhana that keeps me strong.
