Editorial from the KYTA Chair

Dear Sangat,

I hope to see many of you at the KYTA Solstice dinner. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet Kundalini Yogis from different schools and classes. It is a chance for conversation and celebration. Please contact Angad Singh to book your place. Venue: Tibits, 12-14 Heddon Street, London W1B 4DA (off Regent Street).

Thank you to those of you who have responded to the call for monitors for White Tantric Yoga. It would be excellent if more of you came forward. It is an essential part of the meditation that some people make themselves available to serve the meditators and the process. If you have participated in one day of WTY, then you are qualified to serve. All monitors receive the benefits of the energy of WTY as they will be bathed in it all day! Monitors will pay a reduced fee to honour their service (£50). If you are interested, please contact me . For more details about WTY please visit the KYTA webpage.

With Love & Joy to you all,
Sat Charan Kaur
KYTA Chairman

Karam Kriya & Kundalini Yoga Class

Fri 17th December 6.45 - 9.15pm
with Karam Kriya in London

Number 6: Warrior or worrier? The sixth Sikh Guru embodied the virtue of justice and lived according to the principle of fearlessness. Both call on the warrior within. In yogic terms, the sixth spiritual body is the arcline - an intuitive presence before us. Presence is also pre-sensing. When we are in battle, we must anticipate or pre-sense what the other will do before it happens. And we can’t pre-sense when we are afraid. As it’s the last class of the year, we’ll share some festive snacks afterwards! Download Flyer.

Investment: £15. Venue: The Helios Centre, 116 Judd Street, King Cross, London WC1H 9H. Teachers: Angad Kaur, Suhab Kaur, Raghurai Singh, Jaikar Kaur. Next class: Fri 7th January. Contact Angad Kaur, 07771 803 562, angadkaur@karamkriya.co.uk, Suhab Kaur, suhabkaur@karamkriya.co.uk, www.karamkriya.eu , www.kundaliniyoga.org.uk.

Kundalini Shakti: Refract the Light
on Midwinters Night

Tue 21st December 7.30 - 9.45pm
with Guru Dharam Singh at Alchemy

The two essential times to engage energy are the extremities of the Solar cycle: midsummer and midwinters days are the parameters of the arc of the Sunwheel. By marking the limits of this physical cycle, we expand the limits of our own consciousness. This is the LAST midwinter Solstice before we reach the threshold of Aquarius on 11/11/11 and it offers a final golden opportunity to establish both a stable base and a trajectory into the new vibratory field. This is the occasion to reduce some of your Karmic load to ash, to ignite the Sacred Fire within and resurrect your Divine Self from the crucible of high frequency energetic practice: Kundalini Shakti with Guru Dharam. All are welcome! Download Flyer.

Investment: £25. Venue: Alchemy Centre, Unit 101, Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH, 020 7267 6188.
