The Five Element Cycle:
The Continuity of Life

Sat 27th March 11am - 4pm with Shakta Kaur & Gabriella Agular in Notting Hill

“The forces of spring create wind in Heaven and wood upon the Earth. This is the second in a series of workshops about the five elements applying Kundalini Yoga, Shiatsu and Aromatherapy. Since each element goes with a season, the series will spread over the whole cycle of a year. The next workshop will be in summer about the element of fire.
